Will you give me a meal plan?
No, we don't believe in meal plans because you want to eat the food you want, not what we think you should. You'll get recipes, example meal plans and help sheets to guide your choices.
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! If you can't reach the gym or don't want to go to one, you don't have to.
We'll show you how to drop fat and keep it off doing what you enjoy!
How does it work again?
We work with you 1-1 to give you bespoke nutrition advice, strategies, cue cards and more so you can drop fat, tone up and reach your goals without giving up your favourite foods.
We'll also help you develop the mindset, the behaviours, and habits so you can stay that way, for good.
Will we get workouts?
If you want them, yes! We can offer a bespoke training program alongside at only £20/week on top of your program.
Is there direct contact?
Yep! Through the app you can message your coach any questions and they will reply in less than one working day (usually an hour or less unless it's the weekend!)
Do I have to track calories?
We will find what works best for you. That may be tracking, it may not be. We can work either way and we're not coaches who will just tell you calories to track and then leave you alone!
